為每個努力的人溫熱生活。生命最簡單的事就是 :「好好吃一頓飽餐」。 對盛煎而言，每個人的每一頓都很重要，無論用餐時間長短，無論與誰共享餐點， 無論在那裡用餐。我們唯一想做到的是:讓人們吃上飽滿的、熱呼呼的手感鍋貼， 現煎熱食暖胃暖心，同時溫熱生活，讓每個在生活裡努力的人們知道自己是值得的。
"Provide a warm life for everyone who strives. The simplest thing in life is to 'enjoy a satisfying meal.' For Sheng Jian, every meal for every person is important, regardless of the length of dining time, regardless of sharing the meal with whom, regardless of where the meal is enjoyed. Our only goal is: to let people enjoy full and freshly pan-fried dumplings, freshly cooked and heartwarming, while warming their lives. Let everyone who works hard in life know that they are worthy."

以簡鍊色塊呈現「水餃」、「鍋貼」形象，創造大器視覺感受，並以活潑、跳色的色彩配置，增添整體視覺趣味感，溫暖亮眼的橘色豐富「溫度」的核心精神，亦增強品牌的識別性。襯線標準字設計，塑造真誠、質樸感受，以此設計概念延伸至室內空間設計，豐富視覺意象帶出層次體驗。
Using lively and contrasting colors, we can represent the imagery of "dumplings" and "potstickers" with simple color blocks. The warm orange color highlights the core spirit. Employing serif standard font design creates a sincere and rustic feel, extending this design concept to interior spaces to enrich visual imagery and provide a multi-dimensional experience. The overall design enhances brand recognition, offering a warm and vibrant visual appeal.
