優寵務以醫學相關背景為基礎，研發、生產與販售各式寵物生活相關用品，以沈穩可靠的色彩為基礎，加入活潑玩味的色調與識別元素，打造品牌具備信賴感的同時，帶出與寵物間珍貴的情誼和愉快的相處時光。

以「毛小孩照護專家」為概念進行品牌塑造，將「專業」、「珍視」、「信賴」作為主軸融入品牌形象中，帶入家中萌寵頑皮可愛的意像，讓優寵務在寵物事務專家形象之外，體現陪伴飼主一起關懷毛孩的夥伴角色。
